Rental agreement

• The tenant is obliged to adhere to the instructions and the house rules of the landlord.
• It is not permitted to sublet. Visits from additional guests who do not belong to the group must be agreed with the landlord.
• At check-out the accommodation must have a clean finish, with the tables and chairs in their original position. The dishwasher must be emptied and the oven must be clean. Final cleaning is done by the landlord for the small fee of €40 on conditions that previous agreements are met. If not, we request an extra cost of 35 euros per extra hour of work. This amount is deducted from the deposit.
• The apartment must be handled with care. Damages must be reported directly to the landlord and are at the expense of the tenant based on costs or replacement value. Missing items will be charged in full. The breaking of a drinking glass won’t be charged, but we would appreciate it to let us know.
• Smoking is prohibited in the entire accommodation. Lighting fireworks is not permitted, not even at the turn of the year.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Ensure that no noise nuisance is caused before 9 a.m. and after 10 p.m.
• The cars must be parked in the parking lot and not on the public road.
• The landlord cannot be held liable in any way for loss of or damage to goods and for any accidents during your stay. You remain responsible for your property and your traveling companions at all times.
• Unless otherwise agreed, the key can be collected next door “Broekkantstraat 21, 9051 Afsnee”.

Below you will find the conditions that apply in case of cancellation. The amounts and percentages shown must be paid by you.

• If canceled within 7 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the rental amount will be charged
• If canceled within 21 and 8 days before arrival, 50% of the rental amount will be charged
• If canceled more than 3 weeks before arrival, €75.00 will be charged

• In case the keys is lost a fee of €250 will be charged, as our keys are special safety keys.
